class	AbstractCurvilinearGrid	Partial implementation of a HorizontalGrid that is based upon a curvilinear coordinate system (i.e. one which is defined by explicitly specifying the latitude and longitude coordinates of each grid point.
class	LookUpTableGrid	A HorizontalGrid that is created from a "curvilinear" coordinate system, i.e. one in which the latitude/longitude coordinates of each grid point are specified using two-dimensional coordinate axes, which explicitly give the lat/lon of each point in the horizontal plane.
